May Gaming Event


May's gaming event will take place on May 18th, and will be a Celebration of all Space genres and fandoms. All types of Space-borne games will be included in this month's theme including, but not limited to: Space Base, Race (or Roll) for the Galaxy, Nemesis, Legendary Encounters: Aliens or Predator (or Aliens vs Predator), Any of the Mars themed games like Terraforming Mars, First Martians or Red Planet, Battlestar Galactica, Star Wars Rebellion or Star Trek Ascendancy.

We will be providing the means to construct your own Escape Pods (Hoagie buns) and fill them with Space(meat)balls, Sliced Porg or Sliced PIGS IN SPACE!!! We encourage everyone to bring their favorite snacks to share with the group.

We will also be hosting a special Star Wars: Legion scenario-based game for those that would like to play the game in a format besides the regular tournaments. Details about the requirements will follow.

Our prizes for the night will be Tiny Epic Galaxies and Space Base. New attendees and anyone wearing a Club T-shirt will get an extra ticket for the drawings. T-Shirts are still available in most sizes. Please see a Club Officer if you would like to purchase one for $15. Club Members at the Voting level may purchase a shirt at a discount and may buy newly printed shirts at our cost. Voting Level Memberships may be purchased in-person only at one of our events for $15 by talking to an Officer. Your OKTGC Officers are: Tim Miller, President; Crystal Correll, Treasurer; and Tim Lathrop, Club Secretary.

As always, our Board Game events are Free to the Public.
